How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it can take up to  3-7 business days to process your order (often sooner), and then it is shipped with tracking by Purolator (Canada), or UPS (Everywhere Else). The printer has locations in the US, UK, Europe and Australia so shipping is quite quick and often avoids additional taxes, duties and import charges as a result.

If you are in Canada, why are your prices in USD?

The printer who prints and mails Moonsight Planner is located in the US, thus the prices are in US dollars. As an online business, over 90% of our expenses are in USD so we made the decision early on to charge in USD to make pricing simple and easy.

What is your refund/return policy?

There are no refunds or returns offered.  If your planner arrives and it has been damaged in shipping, or contains printer defects, we will ship you out another at no additional charge – please contact us at support@moonsightplanner.com.

I didn’t receive OR I’m having trouble installing my digital calendar, what do I do?

If you purchased the digital calendar but you didn’t receive a download link –
First, please check your spam folders, the link can be contained in your receipt. If you still can’t find the email with the download link, please email support@moonsightplanner.com so we can resend the email to you.

I’m located in Europe, does this affect the dates of the moon phases and elements in the planner?

The times and events in the Moonsight Planner are in PST, however:
1) if the time of the astrological event falls quite late in the day, it will be listed as the next day in your planner.
2) The energy of the phases and elements lasts approximately 3.5 days and 2.5 days respectively, so even if there is a slight variation in the times, it is minimal, you just may experience it first being in Europe 🙂
3) The planner is easily used by those in North America and Europe (Northern Hemisphere) without issue.

I’m in Australia, New Zealand or South America, can I still use the planner?

Unfortunately we do not have a planner for the Southern Hemisphere (yet). The time differences can be quite a bit different, often with the lunar events showing up on the next day for you, as well the lunar phase symbols would be reversed for those in the Southern Hemisphere. If you wish to use the planner I would recommend using it either along side the Moonsight Digital Calendar (for google cal and iCal) so that you can check your dates and times, or to simply use only the digital calendar. We hope to release the Southern Hemisphere Version in the near future.

I live in _________ and I’m worried about duty, import fees, or high shipping costs. 

Our publisher has multiple locations in the US, UK, EU and Australia, which avoids high shipping costs, slow shipping times, duty and import fees for most countries 🙂

What shipping options do you offer? 

For most countries packages are shipped with UPS ground, with the exception of Canada which uses Purolator. Most orders offer tracking and insurance, with the exception of Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands. Planners are often printed within 3-5 business days and can take up to 7-10 business days to ship, but often much less.
